I’ve been working on this in two parts, so that the background and foreground might eventually work together in some interactive way. Right now I’m trying to make everything work in parts, hopefully I’ll figure out how to make the foreground really pop once the back is a closer to finished.

Like a lot of my art, this picture grew gradually over several years. Even now I look at it and wonder if it’s really finished.
