This is just one of those days that I feel like raging.  One thing I have to admit about being in a relationship where Thex and I fought a lot, it at least gave me a direction for my emotions.  A negative one, sure, but I always had a reason to care about something, and I never questioned if there was someone thinking of me.  Dating takes so much more effort for me to feel normal.
